God is right, God is just… He is lawful. – The money is in the bank!

There are four ingredients in spiritual growth: (2 Chronicles 7:14)

1. Be Humble.
2. Prayer.
3. Seeking his Face.
4. Turn from your wicked ways (Sanctification).

Righteousness (Psalms 11:7) – Hebrew Word – צַדִּיק (tsad-deek’)

The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.

Your statutes are always righteous; give me understanding that I may live.

Grace : Receiving something that you do not deserve.

For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.

But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

Mercy : Not receiving what you deserve.

⁴ But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, ⁵ he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,

Justification : Greek – δικαιόω – dikaióō (dik-ah-yo’-o):
Something that we receive by faith in Jesus Christ, where God then pronounces “You are now Justified” – You are then made righteous, not because of your own works, but because of what Jesus has done.

Know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified.

Redemption

¹¹ For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. ¹² It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, ¹³ while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, ¹⁴ who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

Atonement – Hebrew Word – כָּפַר – kaphar (kaw-far’):
Cover over, make reconciliation or pacify.

²⁵ God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished— ²⁶ he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.
