Larry Marsh

Larry Marsh has been a member of New Hope since 2007. Born in Lubbock, TX in 1965, he was raised in a military family, living in various cities along the way. Those locations include Albuquerque, NM, Anchorage, AK, Mountain Home, ID, and finally to Spokane, WA in 1974.

Larry met his wife Amy and her two sons, Cody and Jacob  in 1991. Larry and Amy started to attend church together and then were wedded in April of 2000. The family now includes daughter Jaqui and son Drake.  In their wedding vows, both Larry and Amy asked Jesus into their lives as Lord and Savior. Baptized in 2000, Larry was soon called to a life of service to others. In 2007 Larry was invited to attend the NHCC Men’s Retreat. Larry and Amy have been members ever since. His discipleship flourished since and in 2018, under the direction of Senior Pastor Jim Olson, he began his seminary studies, on his way to fulfilling his calling as a pastor. In 2020, Larry began assisting in NHCC youth group after stepping away from 19 years of volunteering with at-risk youth.

The Marsh family live in Colbert, WA. Larry has worked for the City of Spokane Parks department since 2000. As a former motorcycle racer, he has redirected his efforts in the pursuit of his passion for Christ on his way to fulfilling his calling as a pastor.
